Obituary of Jean Bearden

Jean Bearden, 75, of Camdenton, Missouri passed away Thursday, April 10, 2008 in Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. Jean was born March 11, 1933 in Batesville, Arkansas to Andy and Maude (Hill) Minard. She was united in marriage to John Bearden on December 30, 1953. Jean was a loving mother of Dr. Kathy Peckron and husband Ted, Wes Bearden and wife Carla, proud grandmother of Brett Bearden, Ryan Bearden and wife Carrie and Jonathan Peckron. Jean graduated from Batesville High School in 1951 and attended Arkansas College. Jean was a member of the Linn Creek Baptist Church. She served as a bank loan officer and was the payroll clerk for twenty years for the Camdenton R-3 Schools. Jean enjoyed playing golf, cooking, watching tennis, and traveling with John. She also enjoyed playing golf with Brett and Ryan and watching Jonathan play baseball.
