Obituary of Gladys Kay Curnutt

Gladys Kay Curnutt, age 60, a resident of Stratford, Oklahoma, departed this life on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at Stratford. She was born October 10, 1950, in Drumright, Oklahoma, the daughter of Joel and Wanda (Pruitt) Hamm. She was united in marriage to Francis Probe on July 24, 2009 in Stratford, Oklahoma. Gladys grew up in the Cushing, Oklahoma area and had lived most of her life in Missouri. She had recently moved back to Stratford, Oklahoma. Gladys was a dedicated Christian woman, and was involved in many church activities. She was kind and generous, and always willing to help someone. She is survived by her husband Francis Probe of the home; two sons, Richard and his wife, Shannon, of Macks Creek, Missouri, and Thomas and his wife, Bonnie, of Macks Creek, Missouri; two daughters, Melissa Young of Camdenton, Missouri and Alberta Adams of Camdenton, Missouri; eleven grandchildren; four brothers, Daniel Hamm and his wife, Amy, of Oklahoma, Ralph Hamm and his wife, Judy, of Texas, Wayne Hamm and his wife, Tina, of Oklahoma and Leonard of Texas; two sisters, Gaylene Pineda and her husband, Patricio, of Oklahoma and Vonola McKenzie of Oklahoma, along with several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, and her first husband, Cloyd Curnutt.
