Obituary of Rosemary B. Elliott

Rosemary (Whitworth) Elliott, age 83, of Macks Creek, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2010 at St. Johns Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. Rosemary was born April 9, 1927 in Macks Creek, Missouri, the daughter of Dock Sherman and Goldie (Meads) Whitworth. On September 24, 1946 in Kansas City, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Otto Elliott. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Macks Creek. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years Otto Elliott; her children and their spouses, Wanda Pittman and husband, Gary, of Kansas City, Missouri, Dale Elliott and wife, Rita, of Springfield, Missouri, Marilyn Darnell and husband Neal, of Springfield, Missouri, and Jenny Hughes and husband, Mike, of s Camdenton, Missouri. She has twelve grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren, who will miss her dearly. Rosemary�s passion for flowers, dolls, cooking and caring for her family and friends will be a special memory for all. The dedication she had for her church family brought her much joy and many friendships. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
