Obituary of Douglas Bryan Scrivner

Douglas Bryan Scrivner, of Eldon, Missouri, was born to Daniel and Jennie Scrivner on February 17, 1967 in Kansas City, Missouri. On Tuesday, November 30, 2010, our good and gracious Lord, saw fit to call Douglas home to His waiting arms. He was 43 years old. Douglas recently began attending Catholic Church services with his Aunt Pam and converted to Catholicism on November 8th. Douglas loved working construction, listening to his favorite rock musician, the Steve Miller Band, tending to his dogs, watching shows on the Food Network and cooking for good friends and family while living life to its fullest. He is survived by his father, Daniel Scrivner; his mother, Jennie Scrivner; his brother, Darren Scrivner of Eldon, Missouri; his sister, Barbara Urban of Brumley, Missouri; his grandfather, Dennis Scrivner; his aunt Pam Williams and her soul mate, Darren Donnoly; his uncle Greg Scrivner and his wife, Denise, of Osage Beach, Missouri; his aunt Kim Marriott of Ottawa, Kansas; his uncle David and family; Phyllis, Dayril, and Christy Scrivner of Peculiar, Missouri; his uncle Dennis Scrivner and his wife, Karen of Leavenworth, Kansas. Ohio relatives; Paul, Joanne Leonard and family; Harold, Wilma Forsha and family; Charles and Joyce Leonard; Terry and Altheia Leonard, Barb Bauer, and David A. Leonard of Champaign, Illinois; Jamie Caldwell, Matt Dittman; along with other relatives and friends; Renee McDowall, John Urban and his wife Penny, Matt Urban, Larry Davis, Marissa Grimes, James Davis, Devin Scrivner, Garrett Urban, Madison Urban, Brianna Urban, Pam Downing, Helen and Bobby Cato, and Susan and Ashley.
