Obituary of Ona Ann Henson

Ona Ann Henson, age 84, of Camdenton, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, January 16, 2011 at Windsor Estates, Camdenton, Missouri. Ona was born January 14, 1927, in Macks Creek, Missouri the daughter of John Earl Edwards and Flossie (Campbell) Edwards. She was united in marriage to Raymond Henson on May 3, 1945 in Ft. Scott, Kansas. Ona was long-time member of First Baptist Church of Camdenton, Missouri. She loved quilting and making many different hand-made items that she could give to family and friends. Ona was a volunteer worker at Lamb House and Windsor Estates. In previous years she had worked for Blair Cedar in Camdenton. Ona is survived by two sons, Joseph Edward Henson and wife, Lee, of Salem, Massachusetts and Richard Lee Henson and wife, Peggy, of Clever, Missouri; one daughter, Patricia Ann Eggers and husband, Richard, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; two brothers, Forest Earl Edwards and wife, Kaye, of Paola, Kansas and Victor Lee Edwards and wife, Gloria, of Liberty, Missouri; one sister-in-law, Billie Ruth Edwards of Roach, Missouri, along with several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Raymond, two brothers and three sisters.
