Obituary of Catherine A. Stubblefield

Catherine A. Stubblefield, age 84, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Catherine was born July 31, 1926, in Fairmont, Illinois, a daughter to Fred and Viola (Kuen) Sobotka. She was united in marriage to Nelson Stubblefield on October 25, 1952, in Evansville, Indiana, and together they had shared the past 58 years until her death. Catherine was a homemaker and helpmate to her husband Nelson. In her spare time she loved to garden and work in her flowers as well as fishing.. Catherine is survived by her husband Nelson, of the home; one son, William Stubblefield, Sr. of Forrest Hill, Missouri; two grandchildren, William, Jr. and Erich Zach; one sister, Mary Ann Allander of Florida, along with several other relatives and friends. Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and two sisters.
