Obituary of William G. Wittmann

William G. �Bill� Wittmann, age 95, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, departed this life Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. He was born June 21, 1915 in Troy, Illinois, the son of George and Anna (Taake) Wittmann. Bill had served his country proudly as a Captain in the United States Air Force. He later enjoyed a rewarding career as a Real Estate Investor. In his spare time, he enjoyed all sports and spending time with his family. Bill is survived by his son Pete Wittmann and wife, Elaine; his daughter Alice Dodge and husband, Ken and eleven grandchildren, as well as several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna (Sanders), his parents, and one sister, Carol Wittmann.
