Obituary of Patti Lou Ferguson
Patti Lou (Pat) Ferguson, age 89, of Camdenton, passed away Friday, April 1, 2011 in Osage Beach, Missouri.
She was born September 19, 1921 in Essex Missouri, the daughter of Marion & Christine (Hux) Darby.
On January 25, 1938 she was united in marriage to James Samuel Ferguson. He preceded her in death on June 15, 1993.
Since the death of her husband, she has resided in the beautiful Ozark Hills near Ha Ha Tonka that she dearly loved. Even though she was employed outside the home at times, her greatest role in life was homemaker, mother and grandmother. She was an avid bird watcher and loved working with flowers. She was happiest when spending time with her family. She was a member of Dry Fork Baptist Church.
She is survived by three sons, Richard Ferguson and his wife, Reva, of Jefferson City, Don Ferguson and his wife, Linda, of Jefferson City, and David Ferguson and his wife, Norma, of Camdenton; one daughter, Debby Hutton and her husband, Randy, of Jefferson City and eight grandchildren; Jeffrey Ferguson, Rhonda Anderson, Cris Ferguson, Nicole Hoff, Aubrey Ferguson, Matt Kassebaum, Grace Ferguson & Caleb Hutton; eight great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mary Lynn Hill, of Bumpass, Virginia.
She will be laid to rest at Lake Memorial Gardens in Osage Beach. There will be a private Memorial service for the immediate family.
