Obituary of Peter Alan Woods

Peter Alan Woods, age 72, of Osage Beach, Missouri went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 23, 2011 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. He was born on April 2, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois the only child of Peter Anthony and Emily (Bocain) Wlodkowski. Peter was a retired airline captain who flew for Ozark Airlines and TWA. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, pistol and trap shooting, and spending time with his family. Peter is survived by this loving wife Linda of 46 years; two children Katy Gent and her husband Rob, Jason Woods and his wife Andrea, all of Osage Beach, Missouri, his cousin Nancy Lawrence Christy of Des Moines, Iowa. He will be greatly missed by his four grandchildren, Bailey and Riley Gent and Ava and Veronica Woods.
