Obituary of Gordon J. Pahlmann

Gordon J. Pahlmann, age 79, of Osage Beach, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. Gordon was born July 20, 1932 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of George and Margaret B. (Meyer) Pahlmann. Gordon was united in marriage on June 3, 1950 in Afton, Missouri to Joan Witting. Gordon owned and operated several heating and air conditioning businesses in the Lake area including Burman�s Heating and Cooling in Osage Beach (1962-1976), Pahlmann and Son�s Heating and Cooling in Osage Beach (1976-1978) and Scott�s Heating and Cooling in Camdenton.(1978-2000) Gordon enjoyed fishing and Bar-B-Que and loved spending time with family. He was a member of the Elks Lodge 2517 in Osage Beach. Gordon is survived by two sons, Jeffrey Pahlmann and wife, Terry, of Iberia, Missouri and Keith Pahlmann and wife, Donna, of Eureka, Missouri; three daughters, Terry Brady and husband, Tom, of Jefferson City, Missouri, Cathy Krahl and husband, Ben, of Montreal, Missouri and Celeste Verrone and husband, Andrew, of Bentonville, Virginia; one brother, George M. Pahlmann of High Ridge, Missouri; sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter, as well as several other relatives and friends. Gordon was preceded in death by his wife Joan; his parents; one brother, Charles Wayne Pahlmann and one sister, Harriet Ann Pahlmann.
