Obituary of Gail R. McGee

Gail R. McGee, age 54, of Osage Beach, Missouri, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on Saturday, January 14, 2012 at her home in Osage Beach. Gail was born July 17, 1957 in Waynesville, Missouri, the daughter of Caroline Hensley. She was united in marriage to Charles McGee on May 17, 1988 in Richland, Missouri, and together they had shared the past 23 years until her passing. Gail grew up in Richland where she attended school and graduated from Richland High School, in 1977. She was saved at an early age in the Christian Church. She had worked at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach for 14 years as a dietary cook until she was no longer able to work due to illness. She loved to cook and thoroughly enjoyed watching all the cooking shows. She loved animals of every kind and enjoyed the MU Tigers. Gail loved her family dearly and more than anything she enjoyed time spent with them. She was a loving and devoted wife and daughter who will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Gail is survived by her loving husband, Charles, of the home; her mother, Caroline, of Waynesville, Missouri; one brother, Herbert Ford, of Osage Beach, Missouri as well as several other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by several aunts. The family would like to thank Dr. Wang and his staff for their love and support.
