Obituary of Ruby Jane Seaton

Ruby Jane Seaton, age 86, of Macks Creek, Missouri, went home to be with the Lord Jesus on Saturday February 18, 2012 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. Ruby was born April 22, 1925 in Laurie, Missouri, the daughter of Otto and Bessie (Huff) Lefevers. Ruby was united in marriage to Ralph Long who preceded her in death and later married Hobert Seaton who also preceded her in death. Ruby had worked many years for the Banquet Food Company. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Marshall, Missouri and later transferred to Branch Assembly of God Church in Branch, Missouri. Ruby is survived by her son Robert Long and wife, Sue, of Hermitage, Missouri; one daughter Rebecca Hoxeng and husband, Steve, of Macks Creek, Missouri; one step-daughter, Beulah Irene Seaton of Springfield, Missouri; one step-son, Hobert Donzil Seaton and wife, Joeana, of Springfield, Missouri; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Louise Lefevers and Charolotte Lefevers; along with several other relatives and friends. Ruby was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands Ralph and Hobert;two sons, Ray Long and Russell Long; four brothers, Everett Lefevers,, Frank Lefevers, Earl Lefevers, and Wayne Lefevers; three sisters, Frances Lefevers, Pauline McCorkle, and Betty Fredrick; two sisters-in-law, Alma Lefevers, and Clara Lefevers; two brothers-in-law, Philip McCorkle and Ray Frederick and one step-daughter, Donna Lea Webster.
