Obituary of Barbara Jane Davis

Barbara Jane Davis, age 69, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, departed this life on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri. Barbara was born February 22, 1943 in Pekin, Illinois, to Donald and Betty Rush. She married Warren Davis on January 5, 1968 in Pekin, Illinois. They shared 44 wonderful years together. Their marriage was an inspiration to all whose lives they touched. Over the last 8 years, Warren loved and cared for her through her health struggles, which gave strength and encouragement to her and their family. Barbara was a loving wife and mother who devoted her life to making a wonderful home for her family. She enjoyed boating, camping, sewing, traveling, cake decorating, being a grandma, and spending time with family and friends. She was a member of Faithbridge Church in Osage Beach. Barbara is survived by her loving husband Warren; children, Beth Goeken (Mike) of Bloomington, IL, Bradley Weston (Jennifer) of Normal, IL, Breann Neal (Tom) of Gridley, IL, Barbie Davis (Kevin Hammer) of Heyworth, IL, Les Davis (Brenda) of Gillette, WY and Lisa Kaiser (Tom) of Peoria, IL, eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild; three sisters, Judy Slate, Donna Williams, and Ida Kraeger. She was preceded in death by her parents.
