Obituary of Jack L. Bloomfield

Jack L. Bloomfield, age 77, of Linn Creek, Missouri, departed this life on Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Ozark Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Osage Beach, Missouri. Jack was born April 25, 1935 in Grand Rapids, Michigan the son of Jay and Beatrice (Lee) Bloomfield. He was united in marriage on February 2, 2002 in Phoenix, Arizona to Marilyn Kern. Jack was a loving husband and father. He was in the building industry, and also owned and operated a restaurant. Jack loved camping, playing the guitar, woodworking, golfing and being with his family. Jack was a member of Lake Presbyterian Church in Osage Beach, Missouri. Jack is survived by his loving wife Marilyn, of the home; sons, Greg Bloomfield, of Florida, and Scott Bloomfield and wife, Jackie, of Grand Rapids, Michigan; his sister, Patricia May and husband, Melvyn, of Linn Creek, Missouri; his brothers, Leigh Bloomfield, of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Les Bloomfield, of Whiting, Indiana, and Larry Bloomfield, of Muskegon, Michigan; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren, along with several other relatives and friends. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, and one son, Mark Bloomfield.
