Obituary of Albert H. Rudolph

Albert H. Rudolph, age 94 of Osage Beach, Missouri, departed this life on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach. Albert was born July 8, 1917 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Henry and Selma Rudolph. He was united in marriage to Marian E. Kuhlmann on April 11, 1942, sharing 70 years together until his death. Albert enlisted in the Navy on the day after Pearl Harbor was attacked and was in active duty until the end of World War II. He attained the rank of master chief petty officer. He and Marian had two sons, Robert Owen Rudolph and Alan Henry Rudolph. Albert worked for Mobil Oil before and shortly after the war, and then became a civil service employee. His primary job was traffic manager for the military at McDonnell Douglas. He retired at age 60 and moved to the Lake of the Ozarks area. Albert and his wife Marian enjoyed travel and sightseeing. He also loved the lake and liked to go boating. Albert was a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the American Legion, the VFW, the Blue Lodge, and the Shriners Club. He loved his country and was very patriotic. Albert is survived by his wife, Marian; his son Robert and wife Carolyn of Queensbury, New York; his son Alan and wife Lila of Camdenton, Missouri; grandchildren Robin Reichenbach, Tracy Miles, Alan Rudolph, Darron Rudolph, and Alicia Nagy; step-grandchildren Jonathan and Christopher Stone and ten great-grandchildren.
