Obituary of Dorothy E. Hetherington

Dorothy E. Hetherington, age 87, of Four Seasons, Missouri, died Sunday, July 22, 2012, at Osage Beach Rehabilitation and Health Care in Osage Beach, Missouri. Born on August 22, 1925 in Beaverton, Michigan, Dorothy was the daughter of Wesley and Margaret Raymond. On July 19, 1941, she was united in marriage to Donald D. Hetherington. Dorothy was a volunteer at Jack Van Impe Ministries in Troy, Michigan. She was an accomplished artist and loved serving her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was also a member of a couples bible study in Four Seasons, Missouri. Dorothy is survived by her husband of 71 years, Donald D. Hetherington of Four Seasons, Missouri; two daughters, Dorothy R. Courter of Stuart, Florida and Saundra L. Dichiera of Four Seasons, Missouri; sons-in-law, Robert Courter of Stuart, Florida and Frank P. Dichiera of Four Seasons, Missouri; grandson James D. Walker of Rochester Hills, Michigan; brother, Harlan Raymond of Durand, Michigan as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Donald Swanton.
