Obituary of Johanna G. Humeniak

Johanna G. Humeniak, age 91, of Sunrise Beach, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach, Missouri. Johanna was born June 9, 1921 in Bornchen, Germany, the daughter of Eberhard A. and Emilie (Emrich) Hellge. Johanna was united in marriage on September 21, 1943 in Wederau, Germany to Paul Humeniak who preceded her in death on April 9, 1992. Johanna was a devoted wife and helpmate to her husband Paul, and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who created wonderful memories for her family and friends. Johanna is survived by her son, Joe Humeniak and wife, Cathy, of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; her daughter Christel Eyler and husband, Ray, of Lake Ozark, Missouri; two grandchildren, Deborah Hausam and husband, Keith, and Michelle Blancett; two step-grandchildren, Travis Fintel and wife, Monica, and Tracey Fintel; 3 step-great grandchildren, Alysa, Paige and Benjamin; along with several other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband Paul, Johanna was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Oswald Hellge; and one sister, Walley Jakob.
