Obituary of Dr.Joseph F. Luetkmeyer

Dr. Joseph F. Luetkemeyer Professor Emeritus, age 81, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, departed this life on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at his home. Joseph was born in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Joseph F. and Grace (Macandrew) Luetkemeyer. He was married on August 8, 1964 in Crown Point, Indiana to Mary Savio. Joseph served his country proudly in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Lake Ozark, Missouri. Joseph was a professor and taught at the University of Maryland for 28 years. Joseph is survived by his wife of 48 years Mary of the home; his, daughter, Mary Grace �Meg� Proskey and husband, Michael, of St. Louis, Missouri; his son, Joseph F. Luetkemeyer, of Crossville, Tennessee; his sister, Mary Ann Counsell, of Darien, Illinois; five grandchildren, Brady Luetkemeyer, Michael Proskey, Meghan Proskey, Matthew Proskey and Marc Proskey along with several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
