Obituary of Sammy Dean Parrack

Sammy “Sam” Dean Parrack, age 52, of Macks Creek, Missouri passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at his home.

Sam was born on August 18, 1965 in Camdenton, Missouri. He was the son of Jerry and Patsy (Dampier) Parrack.

Sam loved working on his farm and caring for his stock cattle. He enjoyed team roping, coon hunting and camping on the river. A good Bar-B-Que or fish fry were some of his favorite things that he never wanted to miss out on. Sam truly enjoyed being a grandfather and playing with his grandkids. When he wasn’t checking on his cows, he was spending time with family and friends, which brought him his greatest joy.

He is survived by his son Lane Parrack of Macks Creek, Missouri; daughter Pasqual Parrack of Canon City, Colorado; brother Bryan Parrack and wife Sherri of Urbana, Missouri; wife Susan of Macks Creek, Missouri; three grandchildren, Emmet Brown, Hayslee Martin, Ria Beaman and many nieces, nephews and cousins who will all miss him dearly.

Service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Macks Creek, Missouri. The family will welcome friends for visitation from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to service. Interment will be at Macks Creek Cemetery, Macks Creek, Missouri.

Memorials are suggested to a Scholarship Fund for his Grandchildren at Oak Star Bank, Macks Creek, Missouri.
