Obituary of Frederick Roy Rudolph

Frederick "Roy" Rudolph, , age 85, passed away Friday,  February 2, 2018 at Osage Beach Rehabilitation and Health Care in Osage Beach, Missouri.

 

Roy was born June 29, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan. He was the son of Julius Edward and Nelda (Koester) Rudolph.

 

Roy served his country proudly in the US Navy Reserves, and following his honorable discharge, Roy had a long-spanning career managing grocery stores in the St. Louis area. Roy married Mary Budo, who preceded him in death July 29, 1998.

 

Survivers include his children, Rick Rudolph and Mary Ann (Jeff) Maier; his grandchildren,  Ashley and Zach Rudolph, Jake (Amy) Maier, Theresa (Scott) Lempka, and Frannie (Dan) Shaub; and  seven great-grandchildren.  Also surviving are a brother, an uncle, and his special friend,  Sharon Schoenberger.

Funeral Mass  will be held at 10:00 am Friday, February  9, 2018 at Holy Name of Jesus Church, St. Louis, Missouri .  The family will welcome friends for visitation at 9:30 am at the church.

 

Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery Chapel in St. Louis, Missouri.
 

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to St. Vincent DePaul Society, Masses offered.
