Otis was a great guy and a really good friend. We had many hours playing music and recording tracks to put on the CD he had make. I really enjoy listening to the CD we made together and it will be a great memory of him for years to come. R.I.P my brother we'll make music again someday

Otis was a great friend and a mentor. I worked with him at FLW CTMC. We only worked together for 2.5 years but he left a heck of impression. He was funny, and we shared many great laughs. I am happy I got to speak with him recently. I know he wasn't perfect, but he we was a great man. I will not forget him. RIP my friend

Otis was the first person I meet when I got stationed at FLW. From then on he has been a great friend to me. Over music, drinks, and many laughs we talked about life, family, and everything in between. We talked about what we did right and wrong in life and how to learn from it all. He will truly be missed by my entire family.
