Obituary of Patricia Ellen Fussner

Patricia E."Trish"  Fussner, age 83, of Osage Beach, Missouri, departed this life Saturday, July 3, 2021 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri.

Trish was born April 24, 1938 in Bedford, Iowa, the daughter of Robert and Hazel (Skinner) Perkins.

On June 30, 1967 in St. Louis, Missouri, she was united in marriage to Ron Fussner.  They shared 54 years together as husband and wife at the time of her death.

Trish worked as an administrative assistant in marketing for many years. In recent years, she enjoyed walking, word puzzles, and spending time on the lake.  She was a Master Gardener and loved spending days outdoors tending her garden and growing beautiful plants and flowers. 

Trish is survived by her loving husband, Ron Fussner, of the home; her daughter, Christine Rericha and husband, Frank, of St. Louis, Missouri; her grandson, Chad Rericha and wife, Cassie; and two great-grandchildren, Lawson and Tate.  She is also survived by her sisters. Martha Story and husband, Don, of Osage Beach, Missouri and Carole Dawson and significant other, Randy Grueber of Bedford, Iowa; and her brother-in-law, Les Fussner and wife, Beth, of St. Louis, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Hazel Perkins; and her daughter, Susan Fussner.

A Celebration of Trish’s life will be held at 6:00 pm, Saturday, July 10, 2021 at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home in Osage Beach, Missouri.  The family will welcome friends for visitation from 4:30-6:00 pm prior to services at the funeral home.
