Obituary of Connie Alveda Bertram

Connie Alveda Bertram, 78, of Climax Springs, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, July 14, 2021, surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, James "Jim" Bertram, her parents, and a brother. She is survived by her three children: Carla (Marty) Hardin, Chris Waltz, Kim (Dave) Parks, five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and  two brothers, Dick Newby and Don Cogzill.

 

Connie was a member of First Baptist Church of Camdenton. She was a good Christian woman with a heart of gold, who loved her family. She worked and retired from Watlow. She enjoyed her retirement on the Lake, spending time with her family and playing Bunko, dominos, and Mahjong with her friends.

 

Connie was the best wife, mom, grandma, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend and will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure to have known her.

 

Memorial Services will be from 11:00 am-12:30 pm, with services being held at 12:30 pm on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Valhalla Cemetery, 7600 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Louis, MO 63133.

 

Connie will be laid to rest beside her husband, Jim, at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
