Obituary of Cleo M. Holder

Cleo M. Holder (Percival), age 91, of Linn Creek, Missouri passed away Friday, July 16, 2021 at home.

Cleo was born on December 7, 1929 in Jefferson City, Missouri.  She was the daughter of Edgar and Lera (Jones) Percival.

On March 24, 1951, in Richland, Missouri, Cleo was united in marriage to her one true love, Lester Holder.  They shared over 66 wonderful years together as husband and wife.

Cleo was a homemaker, raising 2 daughters, Joyce and Regina.  In her younger years, she enjoyed camping, riding motorcycles with Lester, sewing for her family, and playing with her grandchildren.  Ever since she was a child, she has had a dog and one of the things she loved to do was nurture rescue dogs, her latest being Cricket.  She, especially, enjoyed beating Lester in a good game of aggravation.  But her true passion was talking to people about the Bible and sharing her faith.

Cleo was baptized with her daughters, in June of 1970 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and remained a member of the Camdenton, Missouri, Congregation.

Cleo is survived by her 2 daughters, Joyce Goldsberry and her husband, Phil of Montreal and Regina Snow and her husband, Mark of Linn Creek; 10 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; 2 more great-great grandchildren on the way; and a host of extended family and friends.

Cleo was preceded in death by her husband, Lester; parents, Edgar and Lera Percival; and 2 brothers, Johnny and Kenneth Percival.
