Obituary of Bary Norman Prosser
Bary Norman Prosser, 56, of Osage Beach, Mo., passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2008, at his home on the Lake of the Ozarks.
He was born June 10, 1952, in Independence, Mo., a son of Norman and Evelyn Prosser.
Bary was married on Oct. 28, 1981, in Camdenton, Mo. to Beverly Renshaw.
Bary graduated from Blue Springs High School in 1970 and then attended Central Missouri State College in Warrensburg, Mo, pursuing a degree in architecture.
Bary moved to Osage Beach in 1975 and worked at several local restaurants, becoming well known for his memory and humor.
Bary enjoyed boating, trout fishing, Texas Hold 'Em and cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Survivors include his loving wife, Beverly Prosser of Osage Beach, Mo.; a son, Cedric Nicholas and wife Kelley of St. Louis, Mo.; a brother, Rod Prosser and Rhonda Kolberg of Palm Coast, Fla.; a sister, Lisa Prosser-Dodds and husband Tim of Kansas City, Mo.; a nephew, Jeff Prosser and wife Kimberly of Kansas City, Mo.; a niece, Sabrina Turnage and husband Steve of Lee's Summit, Mo.; a niece, Bethany Prosser-Dodds of Kansas City; and many cousins and friends.
Bary was preceded in death by his parents.
