Obituary of Darrell E. Smith

Darrell E. Smith, age 50, of Macks Creek, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2008 at Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach, Missouri. He was born June 8, 1958 in Topeka, Kansas, a son to Donald and Joyce (Faust) Smith. Darrell was united in marriage on May 15, 1996 to Lois Elaine Wampler. Darrell had been employed by Meeks Lumber for the past 14 years. He loved his wife and family very much and enjoyed spending time with them. Surviving are his wife Lois of the home; one step-son, Michael Rascoe of Osage Beach, Missouri; two brother, Mark Smith and Larry Smith both from California; three sisters, Sharon Ladd of Osage Beach, Missouri, Denise Schkon and Debbie Oldenhadge both of California; one grandson; Shawn Gage Rascoe along with several other relatives and friends. Darrell was preceded in death by his parents.
