Obituary of Eugene Richard Rohman

Eugene Richard Rohman, age 77, of Osage Beach, Missouri passed away Thursday, October 9, 2008 at the Osage Beach Health Care Center, in Osage Beach, Missouri. He was born March 18, 1931 in Concordia, Missouri, a son to Henry and Mildred (Frieben) Rohman. Eugene attended Concordia Grade and High School., C. M. S. U. at Warrensburg and Chillicothe Business School. He served in the Army in Germany for two years. Eugene was united in marriage on February 10, 1952 to Morley Ann Lohman. He lived in Concordia most of his life, until he retired in 1995 and moved to the Lake of the Ozarks. He owned a super market in Concordia for 45 years and had stores in Odessa and Warrensburg. He was on the Associated Grocers Board of Directors in Kansas City for 30 years. He was on the K.C. Chiefs Club Board of Directors until 1993. He was a member of the Fire Department, Lions Club, VFW, American Legion, Civic Club and Chambers of Commerce in Concordia. Surviving are his wife Morley Ann of the home, one daughter; Sarah Sosnowski and her husband Matthew of Camdenton, two granddaughters Laura and Rachel and two great greand daughters Makayla and Makenzie all of Camdenton; and one brother Allan of Lee Summit, other relatives and friends. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother.
