He had a work history of oil field drilling from Texas, Oklahoma and Wyoming and some off-shore drilling. He moved to Missouri in 1983 to retire and started building his farm. He cleared and worked a beautiful spot in his valley, so he and his family could live close together. Nothing was more important to him than his family.
He loved his surroundings and enjoyed being at home barbequing and playing games outside. He loved to celebrate Holidays, especially Christmas and the Fourth of July. On Christmas Eve he wanted his family to spend the night, so he could wake us at 5:00 a.m. Christmas morning for Santa had come! On Fourth of July he had the biggest of blow-outs.he loved fireworks!
He loved kids and kids loved him. He had bought many bicycles and toys for neighboring kids. At heart, he was the biggest kid of all. His gift in life was the ability to make anyone laugh in any situation. He loved to see people laugh and be happy. In his retirement years he loved his T.V. and all his toys. He even discovered the Wii game.it kept him active. We celebrate him today and forever
