Obituary of Lula Veta Parrack

Lula Veta Brown Parrack, daughter of Reverend and Mrs. E.A. Brown, was born October 14, 1911 near Stoutland, Missouri. She departed this life on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at Osage Beach Health Care Center, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of 97 years. At the age of 15, she was saved at an old fashioned alter and joined the Baptist Church and was baptized on September 24, 1928. In December 1928, she married Willard Hammer and to this union one son was born; Lowell Gale Hammer who preceded her in death on December 3, 1959. She is survived by five grandchildren; Brenda Scott of Roach, Missouri, Jimmy Hammer and wife Phyllis of Flemmington, Missouri, Karen McCaslin and husband Rick of Bolivar, Missouri, Connie Charlton and husband Tommy of Macks Creek, Missouri and Patricia Eidson and husband Steve of Roach, Missouri; fourteen grandchildren and twelve great-great-grandchildren.
