Obituary of Mabel B. Harris
Mabel B. Harris, 86, daughter of Charles and Mamie Brewster was born October 12, 1922 in Monticello, Kentucky. She departed this earth to be with the Lord on January 7, 2009 surrounded by her family.
She married Dominic Bosone on October 25, 1941 in St. Charles, Missouri and to this union three children were born; Charles (Jan) Bosone of Seabrook, Texas, Judy (Jim) Decker of Lake Ozark, Missouri and Joan (Pat) Briggs of Spring, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, two brothers, Glen Brewster and Arnold Brewster and three sisters, Lyda Crandall, Leola Stevens and Lela Blake.
She is survived by four brothers; Hollan Brewster, Albert Brewster and Richard Brewster, all of New Castie, Indiana and Charles Brewster of Falmouth, Indiana; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews along with her beloved dog, Rusty.
She was a nurse and caretaker all her life. She owned and operated a nursing home for several years in Pontiac, Illinois. She continued her nursing career in Temple, Texas. She retired in the mid-nineties and moved to Lake Ozark in 1996.
She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, gardening and traveling.
