Obituary of Kittie Dabney

Kittie Dabney, age 51, of Osage Beach, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at her home after a six year battle with cancer. Kittie was born April 28, 1957 in Lawrence, Kansas to Joseph R. and Jeanne Hargrave. Survivors include her husband Terry Dabney of the home and brother JoJo Hargrave of Osage Beach, Missouri. She was preceded in death by her father Joseph, her mother Jeanne and sister, Barbara Jo Hargrave. Kittie had a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, 1984, from Emporia State University, Emporia, Kansas. Kittie was Advertising Sales Representative at Kansas City Star/Times, Kansas City, Missouri from 1984 to 1991. Editor Lake Citizen Newspaper, Camdenton, Missouri from 1991-1992; Assistant Manager Mitch and Duff�s Restaurant from 1992-1993 and 1994 to 1997; Office Assistant at Lake Area Chamber of Commerce from 1992-1993; Front End Manager from 1997 to 1998; Bakery Manager at Paul�s Cash Saver from 1998 to 1999. From 1999 to 2000 she was a.m. Manager at Kenilworth Bakery, Bar and Grille and from 2000 to 2001 Kittie was 3rd key supervisor at Harry and David�s and Assistant Manager at I Love Quilts. From 2001 to 2003 Kittie was Assistant Manager at Harry and David�s until the time she was diagnosed with cancer.
