Obituary of Evelyn M. McCann

Evelyn M. McCann, age 81, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at her residence. She was born May 5, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois, a daughter to Thomas and Margaret (Geistlinger) McCann. Evelyn was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. Evelyn gave much of her time as a volunteer at Camdenton Senior Center and Linn Creek Museum. She is survived by a daughter, Karen Hughes, and step- daughter Rose Stevens; two grandsons, Tim Hughes and Andy Hughes; one granddaughter, Tracy Buse; seven great- granddaughters, Karen E Hughes, Felicia Buse, Brittany Buse, Ashley Hughes, Alison Hughes, Angelina Hughes and Arianna Hughes; two great grandsons, Kenny Hughes and Anthony Buse; one great- great granddaughter, Makayla Vaughan; two sisters, Margaret Kidd and Violet Leindecker, along with several other relatives and friends. Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents and six brothers & sisters.
