Obituary of William Junior Powell

William �Junior� Powell, age 75, of Camdenton , Missouri , died peacefully in his home on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, surrounded by his family and friends in prayer and song. He was born January 8, 1934 in Neelyville , Missouri , a son to Charles and Polly Faye (Willis) Powell who preceded him in death. Mr. Powell supported his family faithfully for over 50 years driving truck cross country. He had served his country proudly in the United States Navy. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his wife Treeca Lou (Davenport) Powell of 27 years; three daughters; Anna Bryant, Angel Miller both of Yakima, Washington; Juanita Powell, of Kansas City, Kansas four sons Willie Powell, of Yakima, Washington, Donald Treece of Kansas City, Missouri; Gary and Mark Treece of Malta Bend, Missouri, four sisters, Lillian Sandoval of Texas, Zada Griffith, Nola Anderson and Genieva, all of Yakima, Washington, one brother James Powell of Yakima, Washington, Two step-daughters, Tammy Cruz of Columbia, Missouri and Pamela Quintana of Marshall, Missouri along with several other nieces, nephews , cousins and many friends. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Paris Powell in 2006.
