Obituary of John Wayne Robinett

John Wayne Robinett, age 74 years of Brumley, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach, Missouri. John was born July 29, 1934 in Ames, Iowa, son of John Amos Robinett and Lydia Odessa (Catron) Robinett. John served in the United States Army from March 7, 1957 to March 17, 1959. After being Honorably Discharged from the Military he married Dorothy Irene Luttrell on September 20, 1959, who preceded him in death September 7, 1995. Five children were born to that union. John worked as a carpenter and rock mason for many years. He spent much of his life fishing, hunting and gardening. He will be greatly missed by family and friends. Surviving are two sons, Michael Wayne Robinett and wife Cathy of Kaiser, Missouri and Thomas Eugene Robinett of Brumley, Missouri; three daughters, Tammy Micheal Cooper and husband Dennis of Brumley, Missouri, Carolyn Irene Sooter and husband Mark of Rolla, Missouri and Anita Kay Jeffries and husband Raymond of Brumley, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren, Elizabeth and Dillon Cooper, Stephanie and Mark Sooter, Thomas and Joshua Robinett, Holly Espasito and Julie Robinett, Hollylinn Robinett, Junita Lemire, Hillary Jeffries and Douglas Jeffries and nineteen great-grandchildren. John was preceded in death by on grandson, Michael John Hensley and one great-grandson, Michael Espasito.
