Obituary of Scott D. Dear

Scott D. Dear, age 49, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2009 in Lebanon, Missouri. He is now with his friend and NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt. He was born May 10, 1959 in Whittier, California, a son to Samuel and Elaine (Michealson) Dear. Scott worked as a Sales Manager for Cutting Tools. He was a member of the ATA Association trap shooting. In his spare time he enjoyed four-wheeling, camping and cooking. He was also a huge Nascar fan. More than anything though he loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them. Surviving are his wife, Sandra Dear and son, Matthew Alan Dear of Camdenton, Missouri; daughter, Mandi Lynn Dear of Camdenton, Missouri; three brothers, David Dear and his wife Reggie of Chino Hills , California, Steven Dear of Yorba Linda, California, and Shawn Dear and his wife Bobbie of Whittier, California; two sisters, Debra Crane and her husband Scott of Alanta, Georgia and Darlene Dear of Lousiana; two grandchildren, Dezmond & Morgan along with several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, one brother, Samuel and one sister, Donna Maria.
