Obituary of Joseph A. Cer Vantez

Joseph A. Cer Vantez, age 44, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Friday, April 3, 2009 at Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach, Missouri. He was born February 19, 1965 in San Bernardino, California, a son to Tony and Dora (Martin) Cer Vantez. He was united in marriage to Alicia MacLean on August 14, 1991. Joseph had spent most of his life working as a maintenance man and in his spare time enjoyed boating and fishing. He was of the Catholic Faith. Joseph was a loving husband, father, grandfather and son and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and accomplishments and will cherish the memories he created. Surviving are his wife, Alicia CerVantez of Camdenton, Missouri; sons, Tony Cer Vantez of California, Joseph Cer Vantez of California and Justin Cer Vantez, and Jesse CerVantez of Camdenton, Missouri; a daughter, Melissa CerVantez of California; his mother, Dora CerVantez of Florida; two brothers, Mark Cer Vantez of Kansas City, Missouri and Chris CerVantez of Camdenton, Missouri; a sister, Lori Griest and husband Scott of Tennessee; one grandchild along with several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, and one brother Samuel.
