Obituary of Dianne Lee Vach

Dianne Lee Vach, age 72, of Eldon, Missouri went to be with her Heavenly Father on April 7, 2009 at Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach, Missouri. She was strong in her fight to live and gracious in letting go to be with our Lord. Dianne was born April 9, 1936 in Pierre, South Dakota, a daughter to Clare and Dora (Johansen) Esterberg, who both preceded her in death. She was united in marriage to Carl Vach on June 15, 1963 in Las Vegas, Nevada and through 45 years of marriage, their love carried them through all of the ups and downs life had to offer. Carl survives of the home. Dianne was a waitress most of her career; most recently at Arrowhead Lodge, Lake of the Ozarks. She was employed for a time with H.D. Lee Company as a seamstress. She was a member of the Eastern Star and in her spare time enjoyed sewing, watching movies and reading detective/crime stories. She enjoyed her dog Chance and loved visiting her daughter and grandchildren. Dianne was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Other survivors include one daughter, Pamela Flanary and her husband Shawn of Holts Summit, Missouri; three grandchildren that she adored; Kaitlyn, Shawn Patrick and Kordel Flanary of Holts Summit, Missouri; three sisters, Corky Hegland and husband Roger of Alexandria, Minnesota, Sherry Ripley and husband Rip of Alexandria, Minnesota and Sandy Phelps and husband Daryll of Minneapolis, Minnesota; three brothers, Al Esterberg and wife Ann of Alexandria, Minnesota, Russ Esterberg and wife Candy of Alexandria, Minnesota and Wes Esterberg and wife Nancy of Weaverville, California and the only mother she ever really knew, her step mother Jean Esterberg of Alexandria, Minnesota.
