Obituary of Roger David Majors

Roger David Majors, age 73 of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009 at his residence. He was born May 12, 1936 in Horton, Kansas, a son to Melvin and Georgia (Franklin) Majors, He was united in marriage to Betty Webb on June 30, 1988. Roger had worked as a machinist in the lucent business. In his spare time he enjoyed nature and watching birds and golfing both here at the lake and at their home in Texas. He was a member of the Community Christian Church of Camdenton. He is survived by his wife Betty Majors of the home; his son, Ted Roofener and wife Mary Kay of Camdenton; his daughters, Cyndi Shults and husband Randy of Wichita Falls, Texas, Lynnette Heldt of Lee�s Summit, Missouri, Tracy Mymiller of Lee�s Summit, Missouri and Cindy Otradovec and husband Mike of Camdenton, Missouri; his brothers, Richard Majors and wife Joyce of Cotonwood, Arizona and Tim Majors and wife Marretta of Lee�s Summit, Missouri, his sisters, Judy Ward of Oceanside, California and Debbie Lecuru and husband Rick of Lee�s Summit, Missouri; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild, along with several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters.
