Obituary of Byrdie K. Hayden

Byrdie K. Hayden, age 65, of Camdenton, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. She was born April 26, 1944 in Bloomington, Illinois, a daughter to Burnell and Ruth (Ash) Miller. Byrdie was united in marriage on January 29, 1966 in Bloomington, Illinois, to Melvin �Pete� Hayden and together they had shared the past 43 years until her passing. Byrdie was a graduate from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She was a school teacher for four years and devoted her life to her family. She enjoyed playing bridge in her spare time, loved sports of every kind, and was an avid Cardinals fan. Byrdie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and accomplishments and will cherish the memories she created for her family and friends. She is survived by her husband Dr. Melvin �Pete� Hayden of the home; two daughters, Kelly Hayday and husband Chris of Columbia, Missouri and Molly Garagnani and husband Mike of Camdenton, Missouri; one brother Jack Miller and wife June of Tampa, Florida; two sisters, Joy McComb and husband Jim of Pittsford, New York and Libby Baird and husband Web of O�Fallon, Illinois; four grandchildren, Megan Hayday, Maddie Hayday, Jack Garagnani and Tommy Garagnani along with several other relatives and friends.
