Obituary of Jeanne D. Wersching

Jeanne D. Wersching, age 66, of Sunrise Beach, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2009 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Jeanne was born October 2, 1942 in Norborne, Missouri, a daughter to Richard and Lena (McGeehe) Collier. On June 24, 1983, she was united in marriage to Matthew Wersching. Jeanne was a homemaker who, in her spare time, enjoyed gardening and painting. Jeanne loved bright lights and was always drawn to them. More than anything, she loved her family dearly. Jeanne is survived by her husband Matt Wersching of the home; two sons, Jason Gibson of Decaturville, Missouri and Daniel Gibson and his wife Joy of Bolivar, Missouri; one daughter, Karen Odle and her husband Alen of Kaiser, Missouri; one daughter-in-law, Thelada Gibson of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; eight grandchildren; and a special friend Donna Gens of Sunrise Beach, Missouri, along with several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
