Obituary of Ruby Faye Ferrell

Ruby Faye Ferrell, age 97, of Camdenton, Missouri, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, September 26, 2009 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Ruby was born March 23, 1912 in Mirabile, Missouri, a daughter to Claud and Ethel (Alsdorf) Sloan. Ruby was a member of Camdenton Community Christian Church. She enjoyed gardening and working in her yard, which she continued to do up until three weeks ago. More than anything though she loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. Ruby is survived by one son, Phillip and his wife Betty of Aurora, Colorado; one sister, Ivene Burnett of Laurie, Missouri; six grandchildren, Dana Blackwell and her husband Mark, Valerie Shane and her husband Phillip, Damon Ferrell and his wife Christina, Michelle Heing and her husband Greg, Daniel Ferrell and Kelly Goeden and her husband Chad; nine great-grandchildren, D.J. Ferrell, Shanda Willard, Brandon Shane, Erica Shane, Zachary Goeden, Joshua Goeden, Robert Hening, Lauryn Heing and Sarah Heing, along with several other relatives and friends. Ruby was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
