Obituary of John T. Powell

John T. Powell, age 43, of Eldon, Missouri passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. John worked for General Electric for 15 years. He was of the Catholic faith. John enjoyed boating, fishing, hunting and could build about anything he set his mind to. More than anything, his family was the most important thing in his life. John is survived by his wife Jackie (Becherini) of the home, they were married on December 23, 2004; one daughter, Lakin Elizabeth Powell of Prairie Village, Kansas; one step daughter, Kimberly Serchuk and her husband David of Hartford, Wisconsin; one step-son, James Gavin Imler and his wife Tamara of Eldon, Missouri; three brothers, Jerry Powell and his wife Denise of St. Louis, Missouri, Mike Powell of St Louis, Missouri and Henry Powell of Eldon, Missouri; two sisters, Carolynn Wolz and her husband Chris of St. Louis, Missouri and Teresa Powell of St. Louis, Missouri; three grandchildren, Marissa, Lauren and MaKenna, along with several other relatives and friends. John was preceded in death by his parents.
