Obituary of Paul R. Raasch

Paul R. Raasch, age 74, of Lake Ozark, Missouri, passed away Monday, October 12, 2009 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Paul was born March 7, 1935 in Carroll County, Missouri, a son to Raymond C. and Opal M. (Broaidy) Raasch. Paul was united in marriage on September 6, 1997 in Lake Ozark, Missouri to Linda Dunn who survives. Paul had served his country proudly in the United States Army. As a career, he had spent a good part of his life in the insurance business as a salesman. Paul was a huge fan of all MU Tigers Sports and was an avid golfer. Paul was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his accomplishments and will cherish the memories he created for his family and friends. Paul is survived by his wife Linda of the home; one son, Paul Ray Raasch II of Lake Ozark, Missouri; three daughters, Paula Rhoden and her husband Ray of Winter Springs, Florida, Terri Goodwin and her husband Ken of O�Fallon, Missouri and Laura Holman and her husband Jeff of Boonville, Missouri; one brother, Charles Raasch and his wife Juanita of Conway, Missouri; three grandchildren, Melissa, Amanda and Claire (Bear); two nephews, Kevin Raasch of Lawrence, Kansas and Darrin Paul of Seattle, Washington; one niece, Sherri Murray of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; special friends, Phyllis Boyle and her husband Mike of St. Peters, Missouri; along with several other relatives and friends. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Myra.
