Obituary of Marjorie F. Dale

Marjorie F. Dale, age 84, of Osage Beach, Missouri, departed this life on Sunday, December 6, 2009 at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach, Missouri. Marjorie was born October 9, 1925 in Villisca, Iowa, a daughter to Glen and Gladice (O�Dell) Henry. She was united in marriage on October 8, 1948 to James Dale in Des Moines, Iowa and to this union three children were born. Marjorie had worked for many years in the restaurant business. In her spare time she enjoyed various crafting projects, including sewing, knitting and woodworking. She also loved cooking, and enjoyed baking pies and donating them to the Linn Creek/Osage Beach Lions Club. Marjorie also loved going to yard sales and having morning coffee and breakfast at Helen�s. Marjorie attended Hope Lutheran Church in Osage Beach. Marjorie is survived by her son, James Dale and his wife Becky of Eldon, Missouri; two daughters, Sharon Vinci and Candyce Jones, both of Eldon, Missouri; two grandchildren, Jimmy Dale and his wife Bridget and Amanda Dale and one great-granddaughter, Alyssa Dale; her special friend Tammi Cunningham of Osage Beach, Missouri; along with several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband James Dale; her parents, Glen and Gladice Henry; one brother, Elwyn Henry; two sisters, Dorothy Veak and Vera Brenton; and one grandson, Ronnie Dale.
