Jay Paul Downing, age 33, of Macks Creek, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2009 in Macks Creek, Missouri. Jay was born September 29, 1976 in Jefferson City, Missouri, a son to Chester and Linda Ellen (Barclay) Downing. He is survived by his mother Linda (Downing) Harrison and step-father Wesley Harrison of Urbana, Missouri ; his father Chester Downing of Macks Creek, Missouri ; one son, Andrew Downing of the home; one daughter, Angel Marie Downing of the home; three brothers, Jimmy Lee Downing and his wife Krissy of Camdenton, Missouri, Jeremy Wayne Downing of Macks Creek, Missouri and Justin Ray Downing and his wife Tabitha of Macks Creek, Missouri; one sister, Katelyn Paige Harrison of Urbana, Missouri; along with several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Paul & Ruth Downing; uncle Jimmy Lee Downing, maternal grandparents Richard & Ellen Barclay, uncle and aunt Jack & Vanessa Barclay, two cousins, Brandon James Dillon and Jay Barclay. .
