Obituary of John W. Liebler

John William Liebler, age 67, of Bagnell, Missouri went to be with the Lord on Thursday December 10, 2009, after a long battle with cancer. He was born, December 10, 1942 in Rockville Center, Long Island, New York, the son of Vincent John and Bernadette Theresa Liebler. He married Ruth P. Ellington, on February 7, 1964; they have three children, Michael Gerard, Tammy Grace and Sean Christopher. John owned and operated his own business, Environmental Enterprises since 1974. He graduated with highest honors from the Wastewater Technical School in Neosho, Missouri. He also served in the United States Air Force 1961-1965 and with the U.S. National Park Service 1966-1974. In his spare time he enjoyed hiking, boating, traveling and spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed all things associated with farming, tractors and the outdoors. John�s passion was spending time worshiping and talking about the Lord. John�s church families included the Osage Beach Assembly of God, the Nazarene church in Eldon and Calvary Chapel Lake of the Ozarks. John is survived by two brothers, three children and nine grandchildren as well as other relatives and numerous friends. John loved to talk, and made many friends around the lake. He will be remembered for his dedication to his family, and his work and love of the Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, brother in-law and one nephew.
