Obituary of Wanda L. Pile

Wanda L Pile, age 68, of Roach, Missouri, departed this life on Wednesday, January 20, 2010, at Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach, Missouri. Wanda was born March 1, 1941, in San Bernardino, California, a daughter to Oral H, and Helen B. (Anderson). Wanda was married October 14, 1958 to Tommy Pile in Hermitage, Missouri. Tommy preceded her in death on September 28, 2009. Wanda had worked in the banking industry as a loan officer. In her spare time, she enjoyed working with stained glass, sewing, and was an avid reader. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority and loved being involved. Her greatest joy however, was playing with her grandchildren and spending time with them. Wanda was a member of the First Baptist Church of Macks Creek. Wanda is survived two daughters; Denise Kay Hopkins and her husband Matthew of Roach Missouri, and Tamara Jill Pile of Springfield, Missouri; one son, Joseph Lee Pile of St. Charles, Missouri; one brother, Dr. J.B. Morgan of Pueblo, Colorado; grandchildren, Daniel Lee Pile and his wife Katie, Joshua Thomas Pile, Michelle Elizabeth Paige; great-granddaughter Natalie Nicole Pile; her step-mother-in-law, Irene Hall of Hermitage, Missouri; along with several other relatives and friends. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas, her brother Liberty William Morgan, and her sister-in-law Ellen Morgan.
