Obituary of Thomas E. Robinett
Thomas Eugene Robinett, age 46, of Brumley, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at his residence in Brumley.
He was born January 14, 1964 in Tuscumbia, Missouri, a son to John Wayne and Dorothy Irene (Luttrell) Robinett.
Tom is survived by two sons, Thomas John Robinett of Eldon, Missouri and Joshua Thomas Robinett of Versailles, Missouri; two granddaughters, Bailey Robinett and Madison Robinett of Eldon, Missouri; one brother, Michael Wayne Robinett and wife Cathy of Kaiser, Missouri; three sisters, Anita Kay Jeffries and husband Raymond of Brumley, Missouri, Carolyn Irene Sooter and husband Mark of Osage Beach, Missouri, and Tammy Michell Cooper and husband Dennis of Brumley, Missouri; several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews along with several other family members and friends.
Tom was a life long resident of the Brumley community. In his younger years, he worked as a line cook before going in to the landscaping business. He had a natural talent for landscape design and loved growing plants of all kinds. He worked as a supervisor of grounds construction on a golf course, until his early retirement due to an accident, which left him disabled. Although he loved hunting and fishing, he spent much of his time tending to farm animals. Tom love country music and enjoyed going to concerts with his nieces.
Tom was a devoted father and loved spending time with his sons and precious granddaughters. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
