Obituary of Barry W. Mielke

Barry W. Mielke, age 56, of Camdenton, Missouri, departed this life on Monday, April 26, 2010, at his residence in Camdenton. Barry was born February 19, 1954, in Wichita, Kansas, the son of Alvin and Betty (Crain) Mielke. Barry was united in marriage on September 25, 2004, to Loretta Keck in Camdenton, Missouri. Barry held college degrees in both mathematics and science and had owned and operated his own computer company, as well as several other businesses through the years. In his spare time he enjoyed computer gaming and trail walking, as well as composing music. More than anything, he loved his family and spending time with them. Barry is survived by his wife Loretta, of the home; his mother Betty Collins, of Pittsburg, Kansas; two daughters, Joy Jones, and husband, Brian, of Independence, Missouri, and Carey Mitchell, of Lake Ozark, Missouri; one brother, Alan Mielke, of Tucson, Arizona; seven grandchildren, along with several other relatives and friends. Barry was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Mielke, and one brother, Steven Mielke.
