Obituary of Horace E. Corey

Horace Edmund Corey, Jr., age 86, of Osage Beach, Missouri, passed away Friday, May 14, 2010 at Lake Regional Health System, Osage Beach, Missouri. Horace was born on April 12, 1924 in Newark, New Jersey, the son of Horace E., Sr. and Violet A. (Becker) Corey. He was married on January 18, 1975 to Peggy Koehrer who survives. Horace worked as a consultant for a telecommunications company. He served his country in the U. S. Navy during WWII. Horace is survived by his wife, Peggy, of the home: three sons, Horace (Ed) Corey, David Corey and wife JoAnn, and Dennis Corey and wife Allison; and two grandsons, Matthew and Nathan.
